Admission Details

ADMISSION
  • Admission is open to pupils of all communities and religions
  • Admission is left entirely to the discretion of the Principal.
  • Puri is seeking admission shall be tested and admitted into the class for which they are found fit.
  • Selected candidates shall pay the prescribed fee in Cash or QR Scan (Google & Phone Pay, Paytm, etc.,) Cheques & drafts will not be accepted. Fees once paid cannot be refunded.
  • Students coming from other states must get the T.C. counter signed by the District Educational Officer of the respective State.
WITHDRAWAL
  • Before the withdrawal of the pupil a Month’s notice in writing must be given to the principal.
  • A written application for the Transfer Certificate must be forwaded to the Principal in advance. The new destination and the reason for the making of the application must be mentioned in the application.
  • No transfer Certificates shall be issued till all the school dues are paid. A duplicate copy of transfer certificate shall be granted only for adequate reasons in which case a fee of Rs.100/- is to be paid.
  • Application for Transfer Certificate at the end of the Scholastic Year should reach the office before the re-opening of the School or else the year’s fee will be charged.
PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE
  • Each pupil must attend the class regularly. The working day’s divided into two sections. The Morning session is from 8.40 a.m. to 12.20 non and Afternoon session is from 01:00 p.m. to 4.00p.m. On Saturdays the school works from 8.40 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
  • At the first bell in the morning allt he pupils should be Present fort he assembly.
  • Late comers will be marked absent.
  • Absentees will not be allowed to attend classes without producing valid reasons in the “Leave Record”.
  • Absence on the first day of each term will be considered as a serious offence. Applications for leave on these days must be explicit and if on medical grounds, should be supported by a medical certificate. If absent without prior permission a fine of 25/- for the first day and thereafter Rs.10/- per day will be collected from the absentees.
  • If a student is absent for a month without leave and her/his fees are not paid, her/his name shll be struck off the rolls.
UNIFORM

On all working days and for all school functions students should wear the school uniform.

Computer Education forms part of School curriculum from KG The computer course structure is designed in such a manner that allt he options required for and effective learning from gross root level up to senior classes are kept in mind to gain a professional environment and fit into present computer age competence will multimedia, Internet facility, Web Designing, and Java courses to inspire and make learning wonderful experience. Students are kept abreast with fast changing information technology.

SMART CLASS INTERACTIVE DIGIBOARD SYSTEM

Smart Class Interactive Digiboard system in an integrated compact teaching system installed in class rooms. The purpose of the smart class programme is to empower teachers with technology right inside their classrooms. The program enables teachers to use digital resources such as graphics, animations, 3D Images and Video clips in addition to the chalk and talk methods of teaching int heir day to day teaching life. This results in a completely new multi sensory learning experience for students and helps them to improve their academi performance

SCHOOL FEES

Fees are to be paid on a term basis. Fees for each term must be paid during the first week after the term commences. No student who has not paid the fees will be allowed to sit for the term or annual examination. The school would be in a position to issue transfer certificate or any other documents only to those who have paid all their dues to the school.
