Rules and Regulation

General Rules:
  • Student who falls consecutively for two years in any class will be asked to leave the school. The school authorities cannot on any account readmit them. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness neglect of home work, disobedience & disrespect towards the members of the staff or bad moral influence justify dismissal.
  • Any damage done to the school property will be made good by the one who has done it.
  • Students must be upto date in their work.
  • Pupils must supply themselves with all the necessary books and stationary before the re-opening of the school.
  • Pupils themselves are responsible for their books, pen, tiffin, carriers or any other articles they may bring to school. They are not allowed to wear jewellery.
  • Pupils absent from examinations without genuine reasons and prior permission will be considered as having failed. Pupils absent from any examination will not be re-examined.
  • No text books, note books or other papers are to be brought into the examination hall. Students found copying or using unfair means during the examination or discovered subsequently willb e dealt severely and ‘o’ will be given in that subject.
  • The progress of pupils is tested by means of class unit tests, and term examinations. The result of these are communicated to the parents by Progress Cards. The Parents are requested to sign and return them promptly to the school.
  • Parents are encouraged to visit the school from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. on the second Saturday of every month or on the Saturday following the distribution of Reports to discuss the progress of their children with the teachers.
  • Parents or Guardians and others may not enter the class to see the students or interview the teachers during school hours without the permission of the Principal.
  • Parents or Guardians are expected to bring the complaints if any to the Teachers.
  • Every pupil must take part in School games and other activities unless declared physically unfit or exempted by the doctor on health grounds.
  • The School cannot be held responsible for accidents, minor or majeo to pupils during school hours or excursions.
  • No School business will be transacted during holidays.
  • Pupils are not allowed to meet the parents or visitors or to leave the school premises during the School hours without the permission of the Principal.
  • No gifts of any sort individual or collective to the Teacher is allowed without the consent of the Principal.
  • The Calender and Home Work Diary should be brought to school every day. If a pupil loses her/his copy she/he should buy a new one.
  • The Students have no permission to wear gold ornaments. In case of loss, the school is not responsible for it.
  • The Principal will be available for interviews with parents from Monday to Friday between 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon. Interviews at any other time to held by appointment.
  • The students who are sick and suffering from contagious disease are advised not to come to the school.
